City reports one imported confirmed COVID-19 case

On Aug. 29, Shenzhen reported one imported confirmed case and one imported asymptomatic case of COVID-19.

The confirmed case is a female of Chinese nationality who flew to Shenzhen from Los Angeles, the United States on Aug. 25.

The asymptomatic case is a male of Chinese nationality from Sierra Leone. He flew to Shenzhen via Nairobi, Kenya on Aug. 21..

They were quarantined upon entry and were later sent to the emergency wards of the Third People’s Hospital of Shenzhen for treatment. Currently, the patients are in stable condition.

　　8月29日0-24时，深圳新增境外输入1例确诊病例和1例无症状感染者。

　　1例境外输入确诊病例为中国籍，女性，为美国输入，8月25日从美国洛杉矶乘机抵深。

　　1例境外输入无症状感染者为中国籍，男性，为塞拉利昂输入，8月21日从肯尼亚内罗毕乘机抵深。

　　以上病例入境后即被集中隔离，后转至深圳市第三人民医院应急院区观察治疗，情况稳定。
