City reports one imported confirmed COVID-19 case

On Oct. 3, Shenzhen reported one imported confirmed case of COVID-19.

The case, a male of Chinese nationality, flew to Shanghai from Thailand on Aug. 21 and underwent centralized quarantine in the city. He left Shanghai for Shenzhen after the quarantine ended on Sept. 19, and underwent another round of centralized quarantine in Shenzhen as he had no condition for home quarantine. He was later transferred to the emergency ward of the Third People’s Hospital of Shenzhen for treatment, and currently he is in stable condition.

　　10月3日0-24时，深圳新增1例境外输入确诊病例。

　　该例境外输入确诊病例为中国籍，男性，为泰国输入。8月21日从泰国抵达上海并在当地集中隔离，9月19日解除隔离后抵达深圳，抵深后即被集中隔离（无居家隔离条件），后转至深圳市第三人民医院应急院区观察治疗，情况稳定。
