City reports one imported confirmed COVID-19 case

On Dec. 18, Shenzhen reported one imported confirmed case and one imported asymptomatic case of COVID-19.

The confirmed case is a male of Chinese nationality who arrived in Shenzhen from Bangkok, Thailand on Dec. 10, while the asymptomatic case is a male of Chinese nationality who flew from Cairo, Egypt to Hong Kong on Nov. 13 and arrived in Shenzhen on Dec. 4.

They were quarantined upon entry and were later sent to the emergency wards of the Third People’s Hospital of Shenzhen for treatment. Currently, the patients are in stable condition.

　　12月18日0-24时，深圳新增境外输入1例确诊病例和1例无症状感染者。

　　1例境外输入确诊病例为男性，中国籍，为泰国输入，12月10日从泰国曼谷乘机抵深。

　　1例境外输入无症状感染者为男性，中国籍，为埃及输入，11月13日从开罗至香港，12月4日从香港至深圳。

　　以上病例入境后即被集中隔离，后转至深圳市第三人民医院应急院区观察治疗，情况稳定。
