City reports 2 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 8 asymptomatic cases

On May 21, Shenzhen reported two imported confirmed cases, seven imported asymptomatic cases and one locally transmitted asymptomatic case of COVID-19.

The confirmed imported cases, two males of Indian nationality, came to Shenzhen from India. They were quarantined upon entry and were later sent to the emergency wards of the Third People’s Hospital of Shenzhen for treatment. Currently, the patients are in stable condition.

The imported asymptomatic cases are six males of Indian nationality coming to Shenzhen from India and a female of Chinese nationality from South Africa. They were quarantined upon entry and were later sent to the emergency wards of the Third People’s Hospital of Shenzhen for treatment. Currently, the patients are in stable condition.

The locally transmitted asymptomatic case is a 44-year-old man surnamed Mu. The address of his residence is 34 Shagangxu, Beishan Road, Yantian District. He works in the west zone of Yantian Port.

　　5月21日0-24时，深圳新增2例境外输入确诊病例和7例境外输入无症状感染者、1例本土无症状感染者。

　　2例境外输入确诊病例均为印度籍，男性，从印度抵深。入境后即被集中隔离，后转至深圳市第三人民医院应急院区观察治疗，情况稳定。

　　7例境外输入无症状感染者中，印度籍男性6名，中国籍女性1名，分别从印度（6名男性）和南非（1名女性）抵深。入境后即被集中隔离，后转至深圳市第三人民医院应急院区观察治疗，情况稳定。

　　1例本土无症状感染者为穆某，男，44岁，居住在盐田区北山路沙岗圩34号，工作场所为深圳市盐田港西作业区。
